Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery estimates will be provided to you upon checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship from Norway. For orders outside of norway, local tax, VAT and customs duties may apply upon arrival. 

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's journey.

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping, variations in shipping costs may apply. 

Shipping Delays:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or shipping delays beyond our control, we will do our best to notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend selecting a secure shipping location or opting for package insurance at checkout.
